Faded Poppy offers Month-Of- & Day-Of Coordination to those clients planning their own wedding along

with a little or a lot of Planning assistance to those who may require it.

Month-Of & Day-Of Coordination

Suitable for the DIY bride, this package provides day-of coordination to ensure your vision becomes a reality

  • Production of Timeline

Rehearsal

up to 2 hours

  • Introductions to Bridal Party, Officiant & Family

  • Coordination of Processional & Recessional

  • In-Person review of Timeline

  • 40 miles round trip travel from Waynesboro, VA 22980 to venue

 

Day-Of Coordination

up to 10 hours

  • Vendor arrival organization

  • Decorating (est. 1 hour, eg: signs, picture frames, favors etc.  Additional assistance available upon request)

  • Bridal assistance 1 hour prior to ceremony

  • Final walkthrough

  • Ceremony coordination

  • Reception coordination:

    • Introductions

    • Dances

    • Toasts

    • Cake cutting

    • Bouquet Toss & Games

    • Grand Exit

Considerations

A single Faded Poppy team member is included for the entirety of the above tasks.  If required, based on the number of guests you have attending or any need you may have for assistance with setup, decoration, tear down etc., we are able to provide additional person(s) for an additional fee.

 

Vendor referrals aren't included but we would be more than happy to discuss your needs and refer you to those we believe will be suitable and whom are, at that time, available on your wedding day.  The price for this service varies based on the vendor type, ie: venue, photographer, baker etc., as well as the proximity to your wedding day: the cost being higher the closer it is to your wedding day when the number of vendors being available will be reduced.  We would typically provide 3 recommendations so you have a good number to speak to but not an overwhelming amount.  As an alternative we have links on the Locals page of our website to a number of our preferred vendors.  These are wedding professionals we have enjoyed working with & appreciated the way they have interacted with clients and whom have consistently provided/produced a high quality service/product.
